A Montana REALTOR® With Heart
Jodie’s love for Montana began long before real estate. As a teenager, she spent every Christmas visiting family in Eureka, Montana, and those early experiences left a lasting impression. In 1987, she made Montana her permanent home—and she’s never looked back.
Before entering real estate, Jodie built her career in healthcare, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later in home health care. Her passion has always been helping people—especially during important and emotional life moments. While raising a family and pursuing higher education, she dedicated herself to caring for others, particularly home-bound seniors.
An unexpected injury shifted her career path, but not her purpose. Real estate became a new way for Jodie to continue doing what she loves most: helping people move forward.

Meet Khrysta Turk
Khrysta Turk is a Flathead Valley real estate agent with Your 406 Dream Team, LLC, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and surrounding communities. Known for her market expertise, clear communication, and client-first approach, she delivers a confident and streamlined real estate experience.
Specializing in residential homes, investment properties, and second homes, Khrysta helps clients navigate Montana’s competitive market with clarity and strategy. Her partnership with True North Management provides added value for investors seeking professional long- and short-term property management.
Khrysta was recognized as Runner-Up for Rookie of the Year 2023 by the Northwestern Montana Realtors Association and voted Best of the Flathead Rookie Realtor in 2023 and 2024. She also served as 2025 Chair of NMAR’s Young Professionals Network.
Outside of real estate, Khrysta is a wife of over a decade and a mom of four. She remains actively involved in the community through local school programs and youth organizations, offering clients valuable local insight and perspective.

She is a proud mother of seven and grandmother to fifteen, and when she’s not working with clients, she’s spending time outdoors with her family—fishing, camping, sailing, hunting, and enjoying everything Montana has to offer. Known affectionately as a self-proclaimed “Elk-O-holic,” Jodie fully embraces the Montana lifestyle.
Giving back is equally important. Jodie is deeply involved in the local community and believes in the power of people coming together to make a difference. She currently serves as Executive Director of United Way, is an Ambassador with the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, and has held leadership and committee roles with the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS®.
Her commitment to service extends beyond her own work—she has instilled the same values in her family, who also actively seek ways to give back.
